In 2003, Shijie Yongsheng Machinery and Equipment Distribution Department was established in Shijie Town, Dongguan City, acting as an agent for automation products and various hydraulic presses surrounding Taiwanese punch press equipment.

In 2006, Dongguan Yongsheng Hardware Machinery and Equipment Processing Plant was founded, marking the company’s transition into manufacturing. With the introduction of new CNC machining centers and standardized production lines, the company began developing and producing peripheral automation equipment, including two‑in‑one and three‑in‑one automation systems for punch presses.

In 2008, the company was restructured as Dongguan Yongsheng Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., upgraded to a general taxpayer enterprise, and expanded its production scale and R&D capabilities. The company began developing various non‑standard automation equipment for industries such as electronics, hardware assembly, and automated production lines.

In 2011, the factory relocated once again, enabling rapid development of four major business divisions: non‑standard automation, robotics, tooling, and related automation solutions. During this period, the company also significantly expanded its overseas business.

In 2015, Guangdong Dayongsheng Technology Co., Ltd. invested 50 million RMB to build a new production base in Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province, forming a group‑based development structure. Three major brand trademarks—Dasheng Robot, MAHATMA, and Mahatt—were registered, laying a solid foundation for the company’s long‑term strategic goals.

In 2017, the company was recognized as a National High‑Tech Enterprise and established a high‑end brand subsidiary, Guangdong Mahatma Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. This move supported the company’s third and fifth phase of group development planning and its goal of pursuing a public listing in 2022.
